Parcels are delivered with safe drop via NZ Post. This means, your order will be left in a safe place at the delivery address if there is no one there to sign for the delivery.
The NZ Post delivery driver determines if there's an appropriate safe, secure and weather-proof spot to leave the parcel.
We suggest checking with anyone else in the household who may have been home as well as around your letter box and front door as they can be left behind plant pots, underneath door mats and over your fence.
If the parcel was delivered to a work address, we suggest checking with the mail room, reception or whomever normally accepts parcels at your workplace.
If you are unable to locate the parcel, we can assist you further, by contacting us here.
