eGift Cards are ordinarily delivered within 15 minutes of an order to the nominated email address on the order. However, email providers and other issues can delay your order.
eGift Cards can sometimes end up in your spam, junk or promotional email folders, so if you are unable to locate the email, we suggest checking these folders.
If you don't receive your eGift Card within 4 hours of purchase, please contact us and we can have the eGift Card resent.
