You can enter your promo code in the Promo Code field in your shopping bag. A message will confirm if your Promo Code has been applied successfully or has been unsuccessful. If it has been unsuccessful, the message 'The promotion code you have entered is invalid. Please verify the code and try again' will appear underneath the Promo Code field.
If you receive this message, we suggest the following:
- Check you have entered the Promo Code exactly as it appears in the email.
Promo Codes are case sensitive, so we suggest copying & pasting the code. - Check the expiry date of the Promo Code. Each code has an expiry date that will appear in the terms & conditions of the email.
- Ensure that the items in your shopping bag are relevant to the Promo Code and are not excluded in the terms & conditions of the offer.
- If the Promo Code relates to delivery, ensure you have selected the relevant delivery option for the discount to apply.
